New this year! A chance to train with world class coaches Sept 30 - Oct 2, 2025. We will turn Hobuck Beach and the nearby coast line into a learning laboratory where intermediate and advanced paddlers can take their skills to a whole new level.
There will be instructional sections for sea kayaks and for surf-specific craft e.g. HP boats, IC boats, wave-skis, WW boats.
Sea Kayak instruction will focus on performance surfing and skills needed for coastal play. The exact format will be determined by participant objectives.
Surf-specific craft/kayak instruction will focus on performance surfing and competition. Participants will work on their competition skills (whether they compete or not) and learn how to judge competitions.
Each section will consist of three days of instruction including video analysis. There will be a maximum of 6 participants in each section. Instruction will take place off Hobuck Beach at the North Campground.
