Where? Hobuck Beach, Neah Bay, WA, USA. Hobuck Beach, on the Makah Indian Reservation, is tucked between Cape Flattery and Shi Shi Beach, which is the northern edge of Olympic National Park. You will need to purchase a recreation permit on the reservation.
